For generations Motorcycles with a 3rd wheel have commonly used some method of steering modification to fix that heavy steering & head shake/wobbling sensation.  The 3rd wheel changes how you turn and steer.  You can easily have relaxed positive handling with precise steering control over your sidecar or trike.  There are several steering modifications - some work better or adapt better to particular motorcycle designs than others.
